GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide nursing coordination and wellness coordination for individuals in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Function as liaison and advocate for individuals when dealing with physicians, psychiatrists, and consultants.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and manage the operation of Supported Living homes. Supervise staff and provide a meaningful day for the clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.
