The Santa Fe office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as a Lead Employment Consultant. Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement individualized plans to assist people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment positions in the community. Supervise employment services staff in specified areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. All responsibilities of an Employment Consultant.

  2. Marketing and developing new areas.

  3. Maintain existing relationships with businesses, referring agencies, and staff

  1. Employment Consultants

  2. Job Coaches

  3. SEFA Case Coordinators

  4. Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors

  5. Business Partners

  1. Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

  2. Attendance at work per program, Benchmark, and client related requirements.
  3. Recruit, mentor, train, and review staff.

  4. Must maintain good attendance throughout employment.

  5. Other duties as assigned.

  6. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.

  7. Report to work as scheduled.

Non - Essential Functions:

  1. Review, correct, and approve all time tracking mechanisms

  2. Coordinate quarterly file audits

  3. Collect and report required data as designated

  4. Job Starts

  5. Referral Assignments

  6. RBF PPVs (Indiana) and unposted invoices

  7. Orphan Report

  8. Budget and P&L Reports

  9. Program Evaluations including Satisfaction Surveys

  10. Order supplies

  11. Participate in transition councils

  12. Coordinate department newsletter

  13. Complete other duties and projects as assigned

  14. Attendance at work per program, Benchmark, and client related requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Three (3) years of experience in business world or management or supervisory role.

  2. High school diploma or equivalent.

  3. College degree and/or 2 years of experience in an employment services related position required.

  4. Successfully complete Management 202 within first 6 months of employment and successfully complete SEFA training.

The Santa Fe office is seeking qualified and caring people to work as a Direct Support Professional. Successful applicants will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. No experience is necessary, learn on-the-job.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide extensive medical supports to individual served

  • Protect and honor the rights of people with disabilities
  • Ensuring a safe and clean home for people served
  • Develop a positive rapport while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment
  • Teach skills to individuals served that increase independence such as eating, cooking and bathing
  • Document data displaying the individual served goals and progression
  • Assist in finding and participating in meaningful community activities
  • Listen and following instruction from supervisor
  • Participate in on-going professional training
  • Ensure professional communication with co-workers.
