Description:
Benchmark Human Services is a nationally recognized human services agency assisting people with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs. Our Richmond, IN Office is looking for a Day Service Supervisor to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operation of the Day Service Program. This position will support and train direct support professionals to ensure quality and a meaningful day for persons served.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the operation of the Day Program.
- Supervise staff and provide a meaningful day for consumers.
- Participate in team development.
- Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide direct care to consumers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- 1 year supervisory experience.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
