Benchmark is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in providing various supports from Crisis Services to Early Intervention to Autism to Family Preservation. We provide thorough training, great challenges, and even greater fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.

General responsibilities:

  • For specific job responsibilities, please visit the states job description
  • Provide support to clients and staff
  • Develop and implement safety plans as appropriate.
  • Develop rapport with children, families, and team members to promote a healthy learning environment.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing data.
  • Utilize coaching as a style of interaction and natural environment teaching.
  • Provide direct monitoring, assessment, intervention, and staff training.
  • Maintain system for collecting objective data regarding the skills and needs of clients served.
  • Complete functional assessments annually and as needed.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Must report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department head.
  • Ensure the health and safety of clients we serve.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed BCBA
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must be willing to flex schedule accordingly
  • Must be experienced and competent in profession and maintain any applicable license, training, or and certifications.
