BCBA’s are responsible for successfully conducting applied behavior analysis and therapy goals for their clients. The BCBA is responsible for providing a voice and advocating for their clients and providing support to the RBT’s working for them. The ideal candidate must be able to react well under pressure and be able to communicate effectively.

  • Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home setting
  • Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
  • Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 24 billable hours per week
  • Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change
  • Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
  • Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas
  • Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed
  • Participate in on-going professional training

General Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy
  • Current BCBA License/Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
