FSSA is issuing A.W. Holdings, LLC dba Benchmark Human Services funding to support our waiver-funded direct service workforce. We plan to use the funds to cover staffing shortages, offer sign-on/stay-on bonuses to front-line staff, and support ongoing efforts for recruitment, retention, and training.
