Eric Weeks
Vice President, Human Resources
Eric Weeks manages recruiting efforts and oversees employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, compliance, worker’s compensation, workplace safety, and employment practices. In his fifteen years with Benchmark, Eric has played a significant role in helping expand the company from 1,300 employees serving individuals in three states, to over 3,400 employees serving individuals in twelve states.
He is a former co-chair of the Indiana Association for Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF) Human Resources Committee and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Indiana University – Kokomo.
