Kimberly Galaviz
Chief Nursing Officer
Kimberly Galaviz, MPM, BSN, RN, CDDN serves as Benchmark’s chief nursing officer (CNO). As CNO, Galaviz provides direction, planning, and supervision of the overall health services system throughout Benchmark; ensures health-related compliance; provides joint supervision of Benchmark nurses; and provides clinical direction to nurses and front-line staff.
From 2013 to 2021, Galaviz held the position of regional director of HomePointe HealthCare, Benchmark’s pediatric home health division. Prior to joining Benchmark, she served in various nursing roles including intensive care, home health, community education, informatics and clinical excellence and surgical services.
Galaviz holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Public Management in Healthcare Administration. Galaviz is a Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN) and is Lean Six Sigma green belt certified.
