Kimberly Galaviz
Chief Nursing Officer
Kimberly Galaviz, RN, BSN, MPM joined Benchmark in 2013 as Regional Director of HomePointe HealthCare, Benchmark’s pediatric home health division. She was named Chief Nursing Officer in August 2021. Prior to joining Benchmark, she has held various nursing roles that include Surgical Services Manager, Clinical Educator, and Community Nurse Educator for Parkview Health System.
As Chief Nursing Officer, Kim provides direction, planning, and supervision of the overall health services system throughout Benchmark; ensures health related compliance; provides joint supervision of Benchmark nurses; and provides clinical direction to nurses and front line staff.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and Master of Public Management from Indiana University – Purdue University. She is a member of American Nurses Association, The Indiana State Nurse Association and Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association.
