Benchmark was recently solicited by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) to provide Intensive Support Coordination services in Georgia. Benchmark became a certified provider in September 2016 and initiated services in October 2016 in two of the six DBHDD Regions (2 and 5). The program currently serves nearly 200 people with intensive needs through person-centered coordination of services and supports.
“Benchmark’s dedication to serving individuals with medical and behavioral needs has definitely been enhanced since we began intensive/traditional support coordination services,” said Tammy Carroll, State Director, Clinical Services. “Our commitment and sense of urgency have been and will continue to be key indicators for raising the bar in Georgia.”
