Benchmark Human Services (Benchmark) recently hired Sagal Ismail to lead our new residential services program in the State of Arizona.
Sagal Ismail has more than 15 years of experience leading multi-site behavioral health, developmental disabilities, and vocational rehabilitation organizations. Previously, she worked as the President of Arizona Operations for Odyssey Services Corp., overseeing statewide home and community-based services and vocational rehabilitation programs.
“My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and helping create opportunities for them to live fulfilling, independent lives in their communities,” says Ismail. “I’m excited to lead the development of Arizona’s specialized behavioral support homes and work alongside our team to build a program that allows more individuals to receive high-quality care close to home.”
In Arizona, Ismail will lead the development of several homes to support people with disabilities and behavioral health needs.
