Benchmark Human Services (Benchmark) was recently awarded a contract from the State of Montana to expand Part C Early Intervention Services in Montana. Benchmark has been providing early intervention services for nearly 30 years and currently provides these services in Colorado, Connecticut, Missouri, Montana, and Virginia. The organization has served children and families in Montana since 2018 in Great Falls and the surrounding communities. The new contract, awarded through a competitive RFP process, expands the organization’s service region to include the following counties: Cascade, Teton, Choteau, Pondera, Hill, Blaine, Liberty, Toole, Glacier, Flathead, Lincoln, Lake, Sanders, Mineral, Missoula, Ravalli, and Granite Counties.

Part C services include speech, physical, and occupational therapies for children birth to three who have a disability or developmental delay. Services are provided in the child’s natural environments such as at home, in childcare facilities, and in the community.  “We are excited to serve more children and families in Montana,” said Angie Heller, Regional Director of Early Intervention Services for Benchmark. “Benchmark has a long history of helping children reach their full potential and we’re eager to expand that work to the Missoula and Kalispell communities.”

Families interested in services can fill out a referral form and learn more about Benchmark’s services on Benchmark’s Montana Milestones website: benchmarkmontanamilestones.com.
