We work with people at home, at work, and in the community, through residential, employment, crisis response, behavioral, recovery, children’s services and day services. Our Industrial Services in Richmond, IN is recruiting for a Team Lead immediately! 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and support individuals daily.
• Stay current on all individuals PCISP, risk plans, and behavior plans.
• Supply assigned individuals with necessary work tools, supplies, and operator work instructions.
• Assign work tasks to individuals based on their skills and abilities driven by customer production needs.
• Teach individuals through the use of modeling positive work behaviors, acceptable work performance, positive work attitudes, work relationships, etc.
• Participate in training’s and production meetings.
• Monitor and assist individuals as necessary during break, lunchroom, and bathroom periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
