Benchmark Human Services Corporate office is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to contribute to the company’s mission to serve others by recruiting and hiring qualified staff. This full-time position will hire for professional positions company wide. Positions include, but not limited to: BCBA’s, Licensed Social Workers, RN’s, LPN’s PT’s, OT’s, SLP’s, RBT’s, etc.

Benchmark has grown to become one of the most respected organizations in the country in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health.
This position is a remote position. Some travel required for training, job fairs, and conferences when applicable.

General Responsibilities:

• Post recruitment ads utilizing various recruitment resources/tools to attract applicants
• Conduct resume searches
• Maintain an updated staffing needs list for each service line
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Meet hiring goals utilizing reports and maintaining communication with locations and managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with professional licensed roles (LCSW, BCBA, RN, LPN)
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license
