Our Helena, MT office is seeking a Program Coordinator to ensure the health and safety of our individuals served in our group homes.

Salary: $58,000
Hours: Must have open availability, ability to work weekends and be on-call

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement Individual Support Plan (ISP) and assist in the development of the Individual Supported Living (ISL) budget for each person served
- Ensure quality health, safety, and client centered approaches for individuals in community living services
- Coordinate the delivery of all services rendered by Benchmark Human Services and other providers
- Provide on-call services and respond to client and house needs
- Financial management for house budget and for each client as specified in ISP
- Serve as a liaison with external and internal programs and family members
- Accurate and timely completion of Person-Centered Plans (PCP’s), ISP’s, client financial, CQAs, monthly and daily documentation
- Participate in hiring, training, and supervision of Supported Living Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required
- Five (5) years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, and one (1) year experience minimum in management
- Valid driver’s license & current auto insurance
- Access to a vehicle in good working order
