In St. Louis, we are seeking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our supported living homes. The successful candidate will assure our homes are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and prioritized manner
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules for each home
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as verified by check sheet
  • Arrange for outside contractors with Director approval
  • Complete basic plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, electrical and carpentry repairs
  • Sign off on all completed maintenance work orders, providing time and material costs by cost center
  • Schedule services with each home ahead of time
  • Maintain professional relationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provide service without interrupting their routine

General Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • High School Diploma and GED
  • Prefer general maintenance experience of 4-5 years
  • Supply own essential tools for routine maintenance
