Description:

In St. Louis, we are seeking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our supported living homes. The successful candidate will assure our homes are maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.

Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and prioritized manner
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules for each home
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks as verified by check sheet
- Arrange for outside contractors with Director approval
- Complete basic plumbing, HVAC, drywall repair, painting, electrical and carpentry repairs
- Sign off on all completed maintenance work orders, providing time and material costs by cost center
- Schedule services with each home ahead of time
- Maintain professional relationships in the homes with staff and individuals; and provide service without interrupting their routine

General Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- High School Diploma and GED
- Prefer general maintenance experience of 4-5 years
- Supply own essential tools for routine maintenance
