ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Human Resources
   A. Conducts background checks including but not limited to criminal, registries
   and references
   B. Ensures physical and drug testing are completed within the designated time
   periods
   C. Coordinates training for staff: schedule staff and provide reminder phone
   calls, emails, and other forms of communication
   D. Maintains employee files
   E. Data entry of employee documents and training that includes but not limited
   to driver license, auto insurance, client specific training, discipline, etc.
   F. Conduct interviews on an “as needed basis”
2. Receptionist
   A. Answer phones
   B. Order office supplies
   C. Complete purchase orders
   D. Schedule appointments as needed
   E. Create “follow up” lists for management
3. Additional Responsibilities
   A. Other duties as assigned.
   B. Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
   C. Report to work as scheduled.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to multi-task and organize projects
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner
4. Moderate to excellent computer and data entry skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Some college and / or human resources or related business field preferred
