Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with our adult clients in St. Louis, MO. We provide thorough training, great challenges, and even greater fulfillment as you help individuals reach their maximum potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home Setting
- Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 24 billable hours per week
- Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change
- Create individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
- Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as part of team to develop and implement those ideas

Attend all agency, departmental and client specific meetings as directed
- Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT)
- Participate in on-going professional training

General Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy (required)
- Current License/certification in behavior analysis
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
