Description:

Benchmark is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with disabilities and mental illness.  We are seeking a qualified administrative professional who is responsible for receptionist duties as well as maintaining client finance accounts. Ideal candidate will  have good organizational skills, good communication skills, and have the ability to multi-task.   The position will be located in our Branchburg office.  The schedule is Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer Phones
  • Greet walk in traffic
  • Order office supplies
  • Complete purchase orders
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Manage all client files in the office
  • Manage all client finances for individuals we are representative payee. (Bank accounts, pay bills, etc)
  • Develop a positive rapport internally. (individuals, managers, etc)
  • Develop a positive rapport externally. (Wells Fargo, Social Security Admin, etc)
