Benchmark Human Services continuously examines and improves quality and the processes behind the standards, legal requirements and desired outcomes. Together, these standards and requirements form our Code of Ethics, which guides all that we do, and which must be demonstrated by employees, contractors, volunteers, and boards of directors. Benchmark utilizes a corporate compliance program, which, along with a rigorous quality management system, includes:
- Electronic incident reports
- Ability to isolate trends and analyze outcome data from a single home to company-wide
- Consolidated quality outcome reports and trends on a quarterly and annual basis
- “360” audits of Medicaid waiver residential and community-based programs.
