Description:
For over 60 years Benchmark Human Services has successfully provided programs to individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs. The Hobart, IN Supported Living program is interviewing for a Supported Living Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and manage the operation of Supported Living Homes
- Maintain on-call status
- Supervise staff
- Provide a meaningful day to individuals served
- Ensure community based, and appropriate recreational activities are implemented
- Complete all paperwork by deadlines required
- Ensure persons served finances are in order
- Assist in maintaining persons served Medicaid eligibility
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license
- Auto insurance on personal vehicle
- Associates degree in human service field preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Two years of experience serving people with disabilities
- One year of supervisory experience
