For over 60 years Benchmark Human Services has successfully provided programs to individuals with disabilities and behavioral health needs. The Hobart, IN Supported Living program is interviewing for a Supported Living Manager.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and manage the operation of Supported Living Homes
  • Maintain on-call status
  • Supervise staff
  • Provide a meaningful day to individuals served
  • Ensure community based, and appropriate recreational activities are implemented
  • Complete all paperwork by deadlines required
  • Ensure persons served finances are in order
  • Assist in maintaining persons served Medicaid eligibility


  • Valid drivers license
  • Auto insurance on personal vehicle
  • Associates degree in human service field preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Two years of experience serving people with disabilities
  • One year of supervisory experience
