Description:

Benchmark Human Services has grown to become one of the most respected organizations in the nation in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. We work with people at home and in the community through our residential service programs. Our St. Louis, MO Supported Living Program is seeking a Supported Living Manager to ensure the health and safety of our individuals served.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the development of the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Person Centered Plan (PCP)
  • Ensure quality health, safety, and client centered approaches for individuals in community living services
  • Schedule and assist clients in all medical appointments and procedures
  • Provide on-call support and emergency coverage coordination
  • Monitor client finances
  • Serve as liaison with external and internal programs and family members
  • Maintain in-home client files according to standards and protocols established
  • Participate in hiring, training, and supervision of Direct Support Professionals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Two years experience working with individuals with mental disabilities
  • Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid CPR and First Aid
  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
