We are currently hiring for:
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP) (CNA, HHA, PCA, PCA nursing assistant), no experience necessary. Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities with learning and maintaining daily life skills. Enjoy current and creating new life experiences. Current $500 sign-on bonus!
TEAM LEADERS (TL) Two years experience working with people with ID/DD, some experience in supervisory position preferred. The TL assists with training and monitoring the direct support staff, collects and disseminates forms and agency information, helps develop and monitor staffing, assists with managing a client’s individual financial and medical needs, maintains documentation, certification and training to comply with state and federal program requirements and standards. The Team Leader will also be a part of the on-call rotation.
QIDP (Quality Intellectual Disability Professional) Bachelor’s in Human Services, one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities required. Provide case management for residents in group homes. Administer assessments, oversee resident program plans. Develop and monitor individual service plans. Safeguard client’s rights. Monitor overall healthcare needs.
