Tacey DunwoodyTacey Dunwoody
Director of Benchmark Case Management Services

Tacey Dunwoody has 14 years of experience working in case management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services, with a minor in sociology from Black Hills State University. Tacey served as a case manager, SPED director, admissions coordinator, outreach program director, and human rights/positive support committee chair for Northern Hills Training Center in Spearfish, South Dakota before joining Benchmark. She is a certified person centered thinking coach, and is crisis prevention intervention certified.

Jan BanghartJan Banghart
Director, Central Region

Jan Banghart comes to Benchmark with more than 5 years of experience in the field of case management. She holds a bachelor’s degree of arts in human services and criminal justice, a master’s degree in counseling and guidance, and she has completed the following programs: investigation course by Labor Relations Alternatives, root cause and analysis training, in-depth person-centered training. Jan has also served as a non-violent crisis intervention instructor with the Crisis Prevention Institute for 10 years.

Jan has been working in the field of supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 27 years. During that time, she worked at the provider level, at the state level with the Division of Developmental Disabilities, and at the state operated Intermediate Care Facility for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Throughout her tenure, Jan has held the positions of direct support professional, family education coordinator, and case manager with various providers. She has also served as program specialist and clinical coordinator with the Division of Developmental Disabilities; and human rights specialist, assistant director, and director at state operated Intermediate Care Facility. In her personal life, Jan enjoys spending time with her family and husband, watching the grandchildren’s sports activities, gardening, and golfing.

Kenna comes to Benchmark Human Services with over 15 year of Case Management experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Black Hills State University and an Addiction Studies Certification from the University of South Dakota. Kenna’s previous experience includes; Direct Support Professional, Residential Supervisor, Mental Health Case Manager, and Certified Addiction Counselor. Kenna is passionate about working with people in all walks of life.

Bailey BergesonBailey Berguson
Case Manager, Central Region 

Bailey Bergeson has 13 years’ experience in the healthcare field. She started at age 15, as a Certified Nurses Aide/Certified Medication Technician offering direct care. She attended Western Dakota Tech studying Surgical Technology and Allied Health. Through training and education, she continued on to be a Patient Advocate/Benefits Specialist. Although new to case management, she is experienced with advocating for others. She uses a combination of perception, planning, listening, empathy, and caring to be a strong advocate for others. Motivated by her passion for seeing others achieve their goals, Bailey is very excited to join the Benchmark team.


Kari DeGreef comes to Benchmark with 13 years of Case Management experience.  She holds a degree in Human Services and a minor in Sociology from Black Hills State University.  Kari has dedicated her career to working with people and families in many different capacities.  She started her career working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.  Over the last several years, Kari has been working with children and families in achieving a greater social competence, by supporting their development in a comprehensive manner.  Kari was awarded the Partner of the Year with Capital Area Counseling Service in 2015.  She will come to Benchmark with passion to collaborate with the individual, families and agencies.  Her goal is to support the individual in reaching their highest level of independence and happiness.

Keely London joins the Benchmark team with more than 12 years of experience at Lifequest, in the field of direct support, case management, supervision & management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a minor in Sociology from Dakota Wesleyan University. Keely says she is a strong advocate for people, their rights, dignity, and is driven to assist people reach their personal goals.


Kolleen MatthiesKolleen Matthies
Case Manager, Central Region 

Kolleen Matthies is a recent college graduate, earning a bachelor’s degree in human services with minors in behavioral science and allied health from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota. For the past several years she has worked in residential services at LifeQuest. Kolleen says she is passionate about working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and excited to be part of the Benchmark team.

Zita RogersZita Rogers
Case Manager, Central Region

Zita Rogers studied Nursing at Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ where she received her Licensed Practical Nurse’s license. She has 15 years of experience as a MDS Nurse/Case Manager for three large healthcare corporations in Arizona.  As a Nurse, she specialized in Alzheimer’s/Dementia/Stroke patients.  She spent a year as a Victim’s Advocate for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault in South Dakota and worked as a direct support professional at CCI. “I am extremely passionate about people living a fulfilling life and am an active advocate for all humanity,” Rogers said.

Rebecca PotramentREbecca Potrament
Case Manager, Central Region

Rebecca Potrament has spent her whole career working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Behavior Science from Mount Marty College in Yankton SD, and moved to Minnesota to work as a supported employment specialist for Choice Inc.  Rebecca also served as a case manager where she worked closely with an Interdisciplinary Team consisting of county social workers, guardians, and residential providers. She later served as a program manager for Alongside Services, where she was responsible for the In-Home Services offered by the company for a caseload of approximately 20 individuals.  Rebecca’s career then took her to Colorado where she served as the Director of Operations for Choice Living Services.  CLS offered residential, day program, and in-home services to adults with DD.  Rebecca spent 9 years with this agency and had an integral part in its growth and development.

Mary Schroeder has 11 years of experience in case management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social studies from Dakota Wesleyan University. Before joining Benchmark, she was employed with LifeQuest for almost 20 years, having started in residential services and then working as a vocational instructor before becoming a case manager.


Stephanie WoodraskaStephanie woodraska
Case Manager, Central Region

Stephanie Woodraska worked for 16 years for LifeQuest, 13 of those years as a case manager. She began her career in the field as a direct support professional. Woodraska served as a member of the POM validation team at LifeQuest, and served on the PCT leadership group. She has been part of work groups created to revamp LifeQuest’s ISP process to include personal outcome measures and person-centered thinking. Stephanie studied computer software at Mitchell Technical Institute.
