  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 2 years experience working with people with ID/DD preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Some experience in supervision preferred but not required.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  •  Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to relate in children, adolescents, parents, school  officials and community partners.
  •  Prior experience providing Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) strongly preferred however not required.
  •  Prior experience providing Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) strongly preferred however not required.
  •  Experience with developing biopsychosocial assessment, and individualized treatment plans.
  •  Experience with assessment and treatment of children, adolescent, adults, and families whose lives have been impacted by complex trauma.
  •  Experience interacting with department of children and family services, family court, juvenile justice, educational system, and community partners.
