Program Director – Alabama Crisis Care

Description:

Benchmark Human Services, a national leader in support services, case management, and consulting to the human services field, is seeking a Program Director to lead a new Crisis Care Consultation program, located in Birmingham and Montgomery Alabama.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall direction and coordination of project
  • Ensure compliance and work as liaison, prepare and submit progress reports with AL State officials
  • Ensure
  • Develop and monitor three year work plan
  • Develop and/or update technical assistance curriculum and training plan
  • Coordinate with division president to ensure contract compliance and operation within the overall operational budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Master of Social Work, counseling, public health, or public policy
  • Five years of experience working in Alabama behavioral heal system and two years in supervisory role.
  • Ability to flex schedule to ensure overall program success
  • Work from home and be located in either Montgomery or Birmingham
