DSC_8127 2Anne Titus, Regional Director of Group Homes, was recently named Vice President overseeing all group home programs in Indiana and Montana. Titus has been employed with Benchmark since 1992 when she joined the company as a Direct Support Professional. Throughout her 24 years of service, she has served as a residential manager and director, and as a company consultant working with at risk providers and institutions throughout the United States.

Titus has led major deinstitutionalization projects including moving 32 individuals with extensive medical needs from Holy Cross Living Center in South Bend into the community, and helping to move the last residents out of both Muskatatuck and Fort Wayne State Developmental Centers. Titus has great experience and is vastly skilled at leading teams to successfully serve individuals with the most extensive behavioral needs in community settings.

Titus has worked for nearly 20 years under the leadership of Benchmark Vice President, Karen Shollenberger. Together, and along with a capable team of directors, Shollenberger and Titus have built and managed a highly successful group homes program in Indiana. Titus is excited to expand that model to Montana in the coming months. This change will allow Shollenberger to increase her participation in expansion efforts, as well as continue to oversee Supported Living and Day programs throughout Indiana, and in St. Louis, Missouri, as well as Camp Red Cedar.
