Rick Adams
Vice President
Rick Adams joined Benchmark Human Services as a Vice President in 2016. Rick began his career working as a front-line supervisor of Waiver homes in Indianapolis for REM–Indiana in 1998. He then spent the next 18 years working for Dungarvin Indiana in various positions, including Program Director, Area Director, Senior Director, and State Director. During that time, Rick was instrumental in opening services in Alabama and expanding services in the Evansville, Indiana area. Rick also led the development of the ESN program in 2007 and state expansion through acquisition in 2014.
Rick is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors for INARF. Rick served as Vice Chair of the INARF Board from 2017 – 2018 and as Secretary from 2015 -2016. Rick also serves on the INARF Governmental Affairs Committee and was committee Chair in 2018.
