Benchmark was recently awarded a 5-year contract renewal to continue providing early intervention services in Fairfax County, Virginia. Benchmark has served this region since 2015 and is thrilled to continue providing quality services to infants, toddlers, and their families in Northern Virginia.

The contract renewal also gives us the opportunity to expand services, so we are looking to hire energetic and dependable employees for this expansion. Positions include physical, occupational, and developmental therapists and speech-language pathologists.

Established in 1960, Benchmark Human Services serves more than 10,000 individuals with disabilities in the United States. Benchmark has been a provider of early intervention services to children from birth to age three who have been diagnosed with a disability or delay since 1997 and operates these programs in six other states. These services aim to provide these children and their families with the best start in life. Services support families of children with disabilities through the provision of services that build the capacity of the families to maximize the potential for children with disabilities to live as independently as possible.

With flexible schedules, including opportunities for full-time and part-time positions, Benchmark offers staff a wide range of employment options, many of which include benefits such as paid training, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, flexible spending accounts, education reimbursement, and profit-sharing.
