Jeff Frady will join Benchmark on February 6 as Regional Director overseeing residential and day services programs in Richmond, Connersville, and Marion, Indiana. Jeff recently served as Regional Director of Operations for Indiana Mentor where, since 2013, he was responsible for the operational leadership of ICF, Medicaid Waiver, and Day Service programs. Prior to his work at Mentor, Jeff spent 13 years as Director of Community Living and Support Services at Damar Services, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Franklin College, and a master’s degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a board member of Indiana Association of Rehabilitative Facilities (INARF), where he also serves as Co-Chair of the Membership Development Committee.
Jeff has been married to his wife, Heather, for 19 years. They have two sons, Riley, 16, and Gage, 14. He enjoys traveling, especially going on cruises and attending robotics tournaments and football games for his boys. He is a Green Bay Packers fan.
